Delivery lead time varies by item, however typically we work to within 3-5 working days, although in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 14 days.

Please note we will need a signature on delivery.

 

*Free Delivery on all UK orders excluding the Scottish highlands and islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Island and the Channel Islands.

The total charge for the goods with and without delivery will be shown in your shopping cart. Our delivery charges are based on weight, and your shopping basket will add shipping charges on this basis as you buy. *Delivery of wallpaper and fabrics only are currently free of charge in the UK excluding the Scottish highlands and islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Island and the Channel Islands.

We do not deliver to Europe, or the rest of the world at this moment, however delivery costs and service outside the UK are available on application.

Our sample service for wallpaper works on a lead time of between 3-5 working days. Please allow 1 working day for sample order processing.

We use reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, Fedex, UPS, DHL and DPD.

Our carrier delivers between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Please understand that no delivery service is infallible and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. If you experience any aspect of your delivery service that you have not been happy with then we would like to hear from you.

At this moment we do not have delivery options via the website for any country outside of the UK.

Delivery costs and service outside the UK are available on application.

You will be liable for all duties and levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods outside the UK. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.

In most cases we can offer/ or our suppliers Next Day Delivery on eligible items.  Please contact us to place your order over the phone, we will do our very best to process your order on a Next Day Delivery method, however there will be an additional charge depending on the service used.

We do not hold stock of wallpaper & fabric, we order directly from our suppliers when we receive an order. We work hard to ensure wallpapers and fabrics on our website are current and are available. However in rare cases, inventories between ourselves and our suppliers can vary as stock levels change on a daily basis. If your wallpaper and/ or fabric is in fact not in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to offer you either of the following alternatives; suggested related designs from our in-house design service team or, to see if your happy to wait for the item to come back in to stock, or to reimburse your online order directly to your method of payment.

On checkout, please enter into the additional information box details for a specific delivery date where we will try our best to accommodate you. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please also specify in the additional information box on checkout. Please note in some cases we cannot offer Saturday delivery services, however we will try our best to accommodate you.

Once your order has been dispatched, please note we cannot change your delivery address. If we have been notified before your items have been dispatched, we are more than happy to change your address to another address within the same delivery band.

You will be responsible for receiving your delivery and retrieving undelivered parcels. If you are out and/or have missed your delivery, the carrier will leave you are card to arrange re-delivery. If you do not claim your items, the carrier will attempt to redeliver before returning the goods back to the recipient or our shop premises.

We advise that you use an alternative delivery address to your home address if you are out all day, e.g. a work/office address.

Please note re-delivery charges apply if your goods are returned to us.

Yes, we require your signature on orders. For wallpaper samples and small items that are eligible for regular mail we do not require your signature.
